Account deletion

Delete your siteMargin account

You can do this without the app installed. Enter the email address you sign in with and we'll send a confirmation link. Nothing is deleted until you open that link.

Deleting removes, permanently:

Every project, with its line items, spend, snags, orders, change orders, photos and files
Your rate library, templates, subcontractors and client portal links
Your sign-in. Any recurring PayFast billing is cancelled first.

Payment records are kept in anonymised form for five years, as South African tax law requires. They no longer carry your name or email address.

Signed in on the app or the web? Open Plan and Storage and choose Delete my account — it takes effect immediately.
